Application process @RECOM

01 APPLICATION

Applications have to be submitted online via the RECOM career portal. The application documents should include a CV and a personalized cover letter.

 
 

02 CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT

Applicants will receive a confirmation via email after submitting the application documents.

03 REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

The documents are reviewed, and the next steps are discussed with the respective manager.

 
 

04 INTERVIEW

The first interview will take about 1 hour. The participants are the head of the relevant department accompanied by a specialist from the HR department.

05 GETTING TO KNOW THE TEAM

After a successful first interview, the second round begins. The applicant is given a detailed insight into the area of responsibility of the position and gets to know the team.

 
 

06 OFFER

If all the decision-makers are convinced by the applicant, an offer and a draft employment contract will be submitted.

07 ONBOARDING

After both sides have confirmed the offer, the onboarding process is discussed.

FAQs

Applications have to be submitted online via the RECOM career portal on the website. This means that your documents are saved directly in the system and can be processed immediately.
The application documents should contain at least a current CV and an individualized cover letter. If references are available, you are also welcome to send these with your application. You do not need to upload certificates or confirmations of further training, but you can bring these with you to the personal interview.
You may apply for several positions at the same time. To do this, submit your applications via the RECOM application portal, each with an individual cover letter for each position.
After confirmation of receipt, the documents are reviewed. In the case of an initial interview, you will meet a specialist from the HR department and the responsible manager. You will gain a more detailed insight into the area of responsibility in the second round, where you will also get to know the team in the relevant department.
On the first day of work, the most important questions are clarified in the onboarding meeting. After the company tour, you will be trained step by step in your new area of responsibility with the help of an induction plan, comprehensive support from the team and the respective manager. Regular feedback ensures a smooth start.
Professional qualifications and experience are the most important factors and serve as a convincing factor in the application documents. However, there are also several other aspects that make you the ideal applicant. We also pay great attention to character traits, appearance and manners. RECOM offers attractive working time models to make it easier to combine work and everyday life. The entire RECOM team works on a flextime model and has the option of working from home one day a week.
