TASKS:
- Define and implement global quality standards, systems and guidelines withing the organization
- Conduct supplier audits and manufacturing site visits to evaluate processes and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with customer-defined specifications and standards, and support production part approval (Initial Sample) submissions
- Coordinate and overview all technical product changes
- Scheduling regular updates to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the product change process are informed and complete their assigned tasks
- Perform and document incoming quality control inspections
- Drive supplier quality performance for new product introductions and ongoing improvements
- Record and report on key performance indicators (KPI`s) related to quality
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience, preferably in the electronics industry
- Proven expertise in supplier quality management, with hands-on experience in audits and quality methods (e.g. FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, 8D)
- Know-How in electronics manufacturing and key processes, such as SMT, THT, Box Built
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as team member and interact effectively with various stakeholders

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.600,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
