TASKS:
- Processing and handling of customer orders with a focus on the Americas region
- Monitoring and tracking of order status to ensure smooth operations
- Close coordination with global sales, logistics and customers, primarily in English
- Creation and maintenance of training documentation
- General administrative tasks
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in order processing or sales support is an advantage
- Working hours ideally starting around 9:00 a.m. (to ensure alignment with the team in Denver)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Transparent, independent and precise working style
- Appreciation for a variety of tasks and cross-team collaboration
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 39.200,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
