Logistics Order Administrator (m/f/x)

TASKS:

  • Processing and handling of customer orders with a focus on the Americas region
  • Monitoring and tracking of order status to ensure smooth operations
  • Close coordination with global sales, logistics and customers, primarily in English
  • Creation and maintenance of training documentation
  • General administrative tasks

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in order processing or sales support is an advantage
  • Working hours ideally starting around 9:00 a.m. (to ensure alignment with the team in Denver)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Transparent, independent and precise working style
  • Appreciation for a variety of tasks and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 39.200,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
