TASKS:

  • Administrative handling of incoming deliveries and shipping orders
  • Processing and documentation of customer complaints and return shipments
  • Ensuring the timely completion of internal packaging orders, inspection lots and returns shipments
  • Planning and procurement of packaging materials and other auxiliary materials
  • Monitoring of internal warehouse postings and transport orders in SAP MM and SAP Warehouse Management
  • Documentation of processes and work instructions, as well as periodic preparation of reports
  • Inventory planning, preparation and processing
  • If necessary, support of general storage activities

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed education (secondary school or apprenticeship)
  • Very good MS-Office skills, SAP (MM/WM) knowledge is an advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Ability to work in a team as well as structured, independent and precise way of working
  • High customer orientation paired with high quality awareness
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive, and performance-related salary for this position consists of the Austrian statutory minimum wage of € 39.200,- per year based on full-time employment as well as an overpayment depending on qualifications and individual work experience.
