Quality Management / Internal Consultant and Project Manager (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Development and coordination of the RECOM integrated management system landscape
• Definition and implementation of a cross-functional quality management system for RECOM local sites and on group level
• Consultant and trainer for internal departments and supplier development, including Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Internal auditor for quality management systems
• Host and presenter at customer audits and events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Detailed understanding of quality management systems in R&D and manufacturing in the electronics industry
• Detailed understanding of integrated management systems ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Several years of professional experience in the electronics industry (power supply, electronic manufacturing)
• Ability to travel to China and SEA for internal project support and customer/supplier audits
• English and Chinese knowledge in spoken and written
• Independent and precise working style
• Hands-on mentality
