Technical Support Engineer (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Technical support for our customers in the field of power supply solutions
• Independent analysis and solution of complex technical inquiries across various application areas (industrial, automation, medical, etc.)
• Reproduction of customer issues in our laboratory, development of test setups and execution of measurements
• Close collaboration with R&D, Reliability Lab, Sales and Product Management to drive product improvements based on customer feedback
• Continuous expansion of your expertise in modern power electronics technologies
• Technical support at trade fairs, congresses and other events

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar or several years of professional experience in power electronics
• Solid knowledge in power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC)
• Experience with lab measurements and test equipment (oscilloscope, electronic load, etc.)
• Structured and independent working style with Hands-on mentality and solution-driven thinking
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%)

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 43.000,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
