Electronics Production Process Engineer (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Production Process Development & Optimization
• DFM verification, NPI and PPA support
• Production Process Support
• Process Quality Control
• Capacity Monitoring, Cost Control & Efficiency Enhancement
• Monitoring of Manufacturing Equipment, incl. Maintenance, Trouble Shooting, and Investment Planning
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration & Document Management
• Project Management (pre-transfer planning and co-ordination, set-up, installation and commission of manufacturing equipment, shipment/custom status)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, automation or similar
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in power supply process engineering, with a deep understanding of power supply production workflows
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in power supply structural design and circuit principles; familiarity with relevant process standards and specifications; strong ability to analyze and solve complex process issues
• Detailed understanding of project management and process development
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills, a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to innovation
• Meticulous, responsible and rigorous in work execution
• Ability to travel to China and SEA for internal training, project support and supplier audits
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) for professional communication
• Hands-on mentality
