The power supplies of the RACPRO1-T240, -T480, and -T960 series feature a universal AC and DC input voltage range from 3x320V to 3x575V AC & 430V to 850VDC, available in power classes of 240W, 480W, and 960W.

The RACPRO1-T power supplies have an outstanding efficiency of up to 97.1%, enabling a very high-power density in an extremely slim design with widths of only 43mm, 52mm, and 80mm. The low power losses result in an exceptional service life of over 80,000 hours.

With their innovative and distinctive ergonomic design, the maintenance-free push-in terminals, which are operable without tools, are positioned at a 25° angle. Thanks to the well-thought-out design of the DIN rail mounting clips, the devices can also be mounted and dismounted without the need for tools.

An enhanced surge immunity of up to 6kV at the input and increased reverse voltage protection of >35V at the output, combined with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, make these devices suitable for use in harsh industrial environments as well as outdoor applications, particularly in the field of renewable energy.

The RACPRO1-4SP series are 4-channel electronic fuse (e-Fuse) load switches with independent overcurrent protection, real-time current indication, and LED status monitoring. Each channel operates independently, ensuring system reliability during faults, and features sequential power-up to limit inrush current, reverse-sequence shutdown to prioritize essential loads, and adjustable overload modes. With options for 5A or 10A channel currents, 150% power boost for 5s, and compatibility with LPS installations, these e-Fuses are versatile and durable, boasting >80,000h lifetime at 40°C. Tool-less push-in terminals and paired input/output connectors simplify installation and wiring even in case of Daisy Chaining with multiple modules.

Industrial applications of RACPRO1

The RACPRO1 family serves a broad range of applications, including, but not limited to, the following:

The load indicators on the T480 and T960 allow you to quickly determine the appropriate unit for each application. In addition, both units enable you to select between a constant current (CC) mode for tasks like battery-charging applications and a load sharing mode for parallel operation.

In parallel mode, you can connect two or three T480s or T960s in parallel to double or triple their current delivery capability, respectively. In addition, their reduced no-load power consumption of 1W (T240) to 3W (T480 and T960) means that these power supplies provide significant energy savings during no-load and standby operations.

The cost-effective REDIIN series AC/DC DIN rail power supplies from RECOM feature a 90-264VAC input range with power ratings of 120W, 240W, and 480W in compact 30mm, 40mm, and 56mm widths respectively. Single outputs are available at 24V and 48VDC (additionally 12VDC for the 120W variant) adjustable from the module front panel.

The parts feature comprehensive protection and hold IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1 and 61010-1 certifications for safety and meet EMC standards EN 55032/35 and EN 61204-3 including EN 61000-6-4 Class B emission standards for heavy industrial environments. The operating temperature is -30°C to +50°C and the series will function to +70C with derating and start up at -40°C.
