But for us that’s just the beginning– because we aim for zero defects. And quixotic though this quest may be, we still do our level best to achieve it. And this applies not only to the manufacturing and quality control phases, but also to our product development processes. All our prototypes are being HALT-tested in our climate chamber prior to their release. These tests are frequently repeated during mass production to ensure reliability and consistency. That’s why our switching regulators, AC/DC power supplies, and DC/DC converters come with warranties from 3 up to 7 years, and our LED drivers with an extended warranty of 5 years.
