Quality Documentation Specialist (m/f/x)

TASKS:

  • Create and update quality documentation, including workflows, manuals, and work instructions
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Therefore, maintains version control of documents to ensure the latest versions are accessible
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Drive and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of engineering changes
  • Schedule regular updates to ensure all stakeholders critical to the process are kept informed and are completing necessary actions as assigned
  • Lead a close coordination with all departments across the business involved in the product change management process to progress changes
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Train staff on proper documentation practices and standards

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Experience with document management systems and software
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and other relevant quality regulations
  • Proven experience in quality documentation or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have people skills to deal with various departments, customers and suppliers

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
