TASKS:
- Create and update quality documentation, including workflows, manuals, and work instructions
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights
- Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Therefore, maintains version control of documents to ensure the latest versions are accessible
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Drive and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of engineering changes
- Schedule regular updates to ensure all stakeholders critical to the process are kept informed and are completing necessary actions as assigned
- Lead a close coordination with all departments across the business involved in the product change management process to progress changes
- Conduct regular audits of documentation processes to identify areas for improvement
- Train staff on proper documentation practices and standards
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience, preferably in the electronics industry
- Experience with document management systems and software
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and other relevant quality regulations
- Proven experience in quality documentation or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have people skills to deal with various departments, customers and suppliers

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
