TASKS:
- Demand planning and scheduling in coordination with the team coordinator
- Order processing, including ship date tracking and invoice verification
- Demand-orientated allocation of shipments to available modes of transport
- Obtaining quotes, prices and delivery times from international suppliers
- Close collaboration with the international inside sales / sales administration team and other departments
- Maintaining documentation and performing control and evaluation tasks
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed commercial education
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong team player with a structured, independent and precise working style
- Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance and manners

Employment information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the minimum salary that must be announced in Austria of € 39.200 per year on a full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
