Customer Quality / RMA Engineer (m/f/x)

Bang Chak, Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260, Thailand

TASKS:

  • Processing of technical customer complaints (RMA)
  • Coordination of complaints between customers, production, suppliers and other departments
  • Creation of test setups for error reproduction
  • Carrying out measurements for error analysis
  • Creation of analysis reports (8D report)
  • Assist in product improvements based on customer feedback
  • If necessary, error analysis at the customer's site

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronics
  • Detailed understanding of Power Supply topologies/designs
  • Several years of professional experience in the electronics industry (power supply, electronic manufacturing)
  • English knowledge in spoken and written, Chinese knowledge in spoken as a benefit
  • Basic problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPC, Why-why analysis, etc.
  • Experience in operate multimeter, oscilloscope and other electrical tools & measurement equipment
  • Perform well under pressure with professional manner, good analytical skills and a high problem-solving orientation
  • Independent and precise working style
  • Willingness to travel (<20%)
  • Hands-on mentality
