Supply Planner - Purchasing (m/f/x)

As a Supply Planner, you ensure reliable material availability while maintaining the right balance between supply availability, inventory levels, and lead times.

TASKS:

• Demand and material requirements planning based on customer demand, inventory levels, supply parameters, and forecasts
• Purchase order creation and scheduling
• Obtaining quotes, prices and delivery times from international suppliers
• Proactive identification of potential supply shortages, excess inventory and planning deviations
• Close collaboration with operative and strategic purchasing and other internal departments
• Maintaining documentation and performing control and evaluation tasks

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed commercial education
• Relevant professional experience in supply planning is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong team player with a structured, independent and precise working style
• Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance and manners

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the minimum salary that must be announced in Austria of € 39.200 per year on a full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
