The RPX-0.5Q is an automotive-grade buck converter with an integrated inductor in a compact 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm thermally-enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks. The input range is from 4 to 36VDC, allowing 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltages to be used. The output voltage can be set with two resistors in the range from 0.8 up to 34VDC. The output current is up to 0.5A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults.
