Assistant to Executive Management (m/f/x)

We develop innovative power supplies and power electronics for industrial customers – from the initial idea to series production. To strengthen our team at our Vienna location, we are looking for a committed individual to support our executive management on a part-time to full-time basis of 25 to 40 hours per week. TASKS:

  • Acting as a professional interface between executive management, internal departments, customers, and suppliers
  • Supporting executive management in strategic and operational matters, such as KPI reporting, process optimization, and legal topics
  • Handling confidential information, sensitive company data, and personnel data responsibly
  • Representing executive management in commercial and operational meetings
  • Independently managing a wide range of special tasks outside day-to-day business and taking responsibility for cross-departmental topics
  • Actively shaping and coordinating all HR-related topics, particularly in recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and team-building activities
  • Serving as the central point of contact for marketing topics and further developing a professional and authentic company image
  • Providing commercial and organizational support in the coordination and implementation of ongoing projects
  • Professional appointment and organizational management, including business trips, internal and external meetings, and office organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ongoing or completed business-related education, such as a university of applied sciences, business university, commercial academy, or similar
  • Basic technical understanding and an interest in the electrical engineering industry are an advantage
  • Business-minded and critical thinking, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) for confident communication in an international environment
  • Independent and precise working style with high quality standards and sensible prioritization of tasks
  • High level of loyalty and sense of responsibility, as well as initiative, flexibility, and resilience
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, commitment, and a pronounced team spirit

Employment information: We offer an attractive gross monthly salary on a full-time basis (i.e. 40 hours per week) starting at €3,300.00. Appropriate additional compensation based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
