Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/x)

We develop innovative power supplies and power electronics for industrial customers – from the initial idea to series production. To strengthen our team at our Ennsdorf location, we are looking for a committed individual to support supply chain management on a part-time to full-time basis of 30 to 38.5 hours per week. TASKS:

  • Independent handling of transport logistics, both national and international, including obtaining and comparing quotations from transport companies
  • Commissioning, monitoring and tracking ongoing shipments, as well as coordinating the related logistics processes
  • Support in load carrier logistics, labeling and parcel shipping
  • Support of the purchasing department in processing inquiries, order confirmations, checks, delivery dates and reminders, as well as document filing
  • Processing orders in our online shop, including checking incoming payments, picking goods, handling logistics, maintaining order and shipping status, creating and managing tracking information, shipping data and relevant shipping documents
  • General secretarial, organizational and administrative tasks

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recently completed relevant education, such as a commercial school qualification (HAK, HAS), an apprenticeship in transport logistics, trade or a similar field (Career starters and recently qualified applicants are very welcome!)
  • Interest in logistics, purchasing, order processing and organizational tasks in a technical environment
  • Commercial awareness, critical thinking and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) for confident communication in an international environment
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working with a strong focus on costs, deadlines and quality
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, commitment and a strong team spirit

Employment Information: The minimum salary is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the metal trade. During the onboarding phase, depending on the applicant’s profile and for the first 3 to 6 months, classification in Employment Group I is planned. Based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week, this corresponds to a gross monthly salary of €1,960.54. After successful onboarding, classification in Employment Group II is planned. Based on full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week, this corresponds to a gross monthly salary of €2,199.15. For part-time employment, remuneration is calculated on a pro rata basis according to the agreed weekly working hours. Overpayment depending on qualifications, area of responsibility, development and professional experience is possible.
