The robust RACPRO1-DP-T720-4SP is a 720W IP67-sealed, waterproof and dustproof three-phase AC input power supply engineered for decentralized power architectures. Designed for direct mounting on industrial equipment such as motors, conveyor belts, and machines, it eliminates the need for traditional switching cabinets.
Featuring an integrated 4-channel e-Fuse module, the RACPRO1-DP-T720-4SP powers up to four independently protected loads from a single unit. Each output is individually monitored and current-limited with NEC Class 2 adjustment at 3A, ensuring a fault or temporary overload on one channel does not affect the others. Four LEDs provide clear real-time load current and fault indication, supported by a remote DC-OK signal for easy commissioning and continuous monitoring.
Decentralized power delivers significant benefits: lower installation costs, reduced cabling (less copper), and greater system flexibility. The RACPRO1-DP-T720-4SP is purpose-built for these demanding, exposed environments. It accepts a wide three-phase 320–600 VAC or 425–800 VDC input (DC microgrid compatible) with active inrush current limiting and delivers a trimmable 24 VDC output via sealed IP67 connectors. With peak efficiency of 95.8 %, it provides full output power up to +30 °C using only convection cooling.
Measuring just 192 × 177 × 60 mm and weighing appr. 1.5 kg, it achieves class-leading power density of 400 W/l — making machine or bulkhead mounting straightforward and space-efficient. Certified to IEC/EN/UL 61010-1 and IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010-2-201, the unit meets heavy-industrial EMC requirements (EN 61000-6-4 Class B emissions and EN 61000-6-2 immunity) and offers extended 6 kVAC surge immunity. Manufactured in Europe and backed by a 3-year warranty, the RACPRO1-DP-T720-4SP sets a new benchmark for rugged, multi-channel decentralized power.
