The RAM is a miniature 1W short circuit proof SMD DC/DC converter in a compact 28-SOIC footprint. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C without derating and the high isolation of up to 4kVDC makes this series suitable for demanding industrial, test and measurement and medical applications. The enclosed transformer case makes the RAM easy to use with pick-and-place machines and it is available in tape-and-reel packaging.
