Development Engineer – Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for both Junior and Senior Electrical Engineers (m/w/d)!

TASKS:

• Design and development of innovative circuits for AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies – including simulation, dimensioning and verification
• Independent creation of PCB layouts, considering applicable standards, manufacturability, costs, and other technical and economic requirements
• Independently testing prototypes in the laboratory to validate and optimize their performance
• Technical project responsibility: as a junior engineer for smaller projects and as a senior engineer for larger/novel development projects
• Maintaining contact with customers and subcontractors, providing dedicated support to our working students, and collaborating closely with the team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Solid professional experience in electrical engineering/mechatronics, ideally with practical experience in hardware development:
  • Junior Electrical Engineer: at least 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Senior Electrical Engineer: at least 4-5 years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of simulation and PCB design programs (KiCad, Eagle, MATLAB, Spice, etc.)
• Expertise in electronic circuit development, EMC-compliant design, and electromechanical systems
• Experience with electrical engineering development projects, including private/personal projects, is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality with laboratory experience, initiative, willingness to take responsibility, strong team spirit
• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form

Employment information: We offer an attractive gross monthly salary starting at €3,500.00 (Junior) or €4,500.00 (Senior) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Appropriate additional compensation based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
