The 720W IP67 decentralized power supplies are designed for direct installation on machines and industrial equipment. Key USPs include the highest power density in their class at 400W/l, the highest efficiency of up to 96.8%, and the highest continuous output power of 720W, available up to +45°C on the 24VDC/48VDC models. The wide 3x 320 - 600VAC input and 425 - 800VDC input support three-phase industrial grids as well as DC microgrid architectures.
With compact dimensions of 192 x 177 x 60mm and a weight of approximately 1.5kg, the convection-cooled units operate from -40°C to +70°C and provide up to 1080W peak power for 5s. Further features include adjustable 24VDC or 48VDC outputs depending on the model, PELV output, PFC >0.9, insignificant inrush current, output voltage and load indication by LED, a DC-OK signal, and extended surge immunity up to 6kV. The 24VDC/48VDC models achieve an expected lifetime of 431kh at 20°C/500W.
Models with an integrated 4-channel e-Fuse combine the 720W power supply with four independently protected outputs of up to 10A each within the total power limit. Each channel supports adjustable current limiting and NEC Class 2 adjustment, safe startup of capacitive loads up to 40mF per channel, individual startup delay, LED load indication, selectable hiccup or trip mode, and priority-based load disconnection during overload conditions.
