RECOM's Entry into the Discrete Power Business

For decades, RECOM has been recognized primarily as a specialist in DC/DC and AC/DC power modules. In recent years, the company has expanded its product portfolio to include higher-power solutions, such as DIN rail power supplies. This spring, RECOM took another strategic step by entering the market for power ICs and transformers. We spoke with Karsten Bier, CEO of the RECOM Group, about the motivations behind this move.
