TASKS:
- Responsibility for sales and management of key accounts in the railway and transportation sector
- Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers within the DACH region
- Regular business travel within the sales territory (customer visits, trade fairs, events)
- Technical and commercial consulting of customers regarding DC/DC and AC/DC power supply solutions
- Identification of market and customer requirements, projects, and derivation of sales strategies
- Close cooperation with Product Management, Field Application Engineering (FAE) and Business Development Team
- Preparation and execution of price and contract negotiations
- Monitoring of market trends and competitors in the railway technology environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed electrotechnical education or degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or engineering disciplines
- Sales experience, ideally in a technical B2B environment
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, particularly power supplies (DC/DC, AC/DC and Inverters)
- Experience in or strong affinity for railway technology and transportation applications as well as mobile applications
- High level of motivation, initiative, and closing strength
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player, structured, self-driven, and goal-oriented working style
- Very good command of German and good English skills
- High willingness to travel within the DACH region
