Winners will be selected in a draw after the closing date of 2nd November 2022 from all eligible registration for this RECOM Demo Board Lucky Draw. An email notification will be sent to the winners on 3rd November 2022 providing them with the redemption details. Redemption can only be made at RECOM’s exhibition booth (B-7) at the Auto EV India 2022. Failure to redeem the demo board within the stipulated dates and at the aforementioned redemption site will render the prize void.
Selected winners are required to provide documentation(s) that contain valid information that matches with the personal identification details submitted for the Lucky Draw promotion. If a Winner fails to produce the required personal identification documents, his/her respective prize will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of RECOM to any person).
This competition is only open to non-employees of the RECOM Group.
This competition is only for persons who are 18 years of age or older.
No purchase is necessary.
The decision by RECOM as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash or other alternative or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subjected to RECOM’s terms and conditions.
By entering, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity in the event that they are a winner. This will include use of their name and/or image in online publicity.
RECOM reserves the right to suspend/terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable ground for doing so, which may include without limitation, a prize draw (or website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of-service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted or those submitted via macros or similar. RECOM may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant‘s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
By agreeing to subscribe the Newsletter, an entrant automatically agrees to receive newsletters and other information from RECOM about new products, technologies and applications, news and events. The entrant understands that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and any assessment of the submitted competition entries.
RECOM shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by RECOM of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against RECOM for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
